Fat-Kid-Ryan-SeacrestHere at Fat Kid Network, we love to bring you success stories that start with humble beginnings and Ryan Seacrest easly fits that bill. Seacrest  is an American television and radio host who’s turning out to be quite an extraordinaire with natural talent in the broadcasting industry. Mr. Seacrest has done more in 29 years than the majority of people in radio and TV do within their entire careers.  He is among the hardest-working individuals in show business.

Seacrest  was born to Constance Marie and Gary Lee Seacrest in Dunwoody, Georgia.  He studied at the University of Georgia in 1993, where he hosted his first radio show, at a radio station in Athens.  Ryan Seacrest’s TV career started in the mid ’90s when he hosted TV shows such as Gladiators 2000, Wild Animal Games, Click , and The New  Edge.

Ryan-Seacrest-Fat-Kid-BioRyan is best known for his hosting talent on American Idol, but he was also picked as the co-host and executive producer of the Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. This happened when the late Dick Clark himself was restricted by speech and mobility impairment after having suffered from a stroke.  Later, Seacrest signed a huge deal with NBC,  as a result, he was selected to report on the Olympic games – proving himself once again to be valuable commodity.  The obvious and impressive accomplishment he enjoys,  is while you may believe that the popular culture, celebrity subjects and sources would grow tiresome, Seacrest completely and fully understands, they never ever do.  Seacrest has admired TV and radio icons Dick Clark and Casey Kasem since childhood, and remarkably enough, has found himself as their successor on the shows New Year’s Rockin’ Eve  and “American Top 40″.  In 2007, Ryan Seacrest got a cameo role in the comedy flick Knocked Up, which starred Seth Rogen and Katherine Heigl and written by Judd Apatow.

Ryan Seacrest is not married but seriously involved with Julianne Hough, former “Dancing With the stars” professional dancer turned singer-actress. They’ve made their romantic relationship work and they seem to be still going strong. There are rumors that Seacrest already popped the question to his sweetheart and apparently already purchased a diamond engagement ring, it is a doozy.  They recently enjoyed a little getaway along with the winter sun in St.  Barts.   A short while ago, it was also rumored they were house shopping in Nashville together.

Ryan Seacrest Productions was launched in 2006 and has since become an Emmy-winning television production giant producing unscripted, scripted and digital programming.  Seacrest’s entertainment production business, produces the hit series “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” one of the highest-rated show on the E!  The show follows the lives of Kim, her sisters, her brother Robert Jr., Bruce and Kris Jenner, and the couple’s two young daughters, Kendall and Kylie.  RSP entails far more than high-profile broadcasting endeavors, as he’s also part owner of numerous successful restaurants in Las vegas and L.A., and offers The R Line, an apparel  business that’s affiliated with JEM Sportswear.  Equipped with a $300 million war chest and powerful backers, Ryan Seacrest has jump-started his initiatives to build an entertainment empire.  A figure who essentially describes the expression “TV personality,” has a net worth of $200 million and annual income of $65 million.  On radio, Seacrest is host of “On Air With Ryan Seacrest,” his current market leading No. 1 nationally syndicated Los Angeles early morning drive-time show for Clear Channel’s 102.7 KIIS-FM, in addition to a nationally syndicated AT 40 radio show.  On Air with Ryan Seacrest  is syndicated through  Premiere Radio Networks  on over 150 radio stations nationally as well as in Canada.  Ryan Seacrest Productions is located on 5750 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles CA 90036.
